How to hide details from a Report
You can collapse report figures into summary values such as hide the detail of the balance of each client and display a single line for each of the client partners.
Ensure you are in the Change Report window and then expand the Behavior section and from the option Visible, choose True or False.
Note: Each of the single values correspond to the group totals in the original report. The function relies upon grouping being on the report already. If there is no grouping on the report, only the grand total is displayed.
