Edit an Email Template - HTML format
CCH Central
The email template can be edited easily.
1. From either the Find Contacts or Find Clients search screen, select Email templates from the Task Bar.
2. This will return the templates list. Double click template or select the template and then click on the Open option.
3. This opens the Email Template tab where you can make the necessary changes to the selected template.
4. Click Save to save the changes.
