Quality Improvements

ITS/68123 (OneClick) - Employee who is not a member of client team appears on To or CC
Edit section

We have identified an issue where employees who had permission to update the Client Team in CCH Central, but not in CCH OneClick, could make changes using Bulk Update that were not correctly validated against OneClick permissions.

As a result, the user was not properly notified, and the Client Team information could become out of sync, which in some cases caused non-team members to appear in the To or CC list.

We have fixed this so that permissions are now correctly checked across both Central and OneClick, and users will be clearly notified if they do not have the appropriate access.

ITS/68176 (OneClick) - Unable to disable login - Transaction count after EXECUTE indicates a mismatching number of BEGIN and COMMIT statements
Edit section

The issue that was preventing some users from suspending an employee’s OneClick account has now been resolved.

In certain cases, the system was unable to complete the suspension process, which resulted in an error message when attempting to disable the user’s login and assign a replacement.

We have identified the cause, corrected the affected records, and implemented a fix to prevent this from happening again.
