    The CCH Central Suite is a multifaceted application consisting of numerous modules and dependencies on Microsoft technologies.

    Site Recovery Consultancy is a comprehensive solution designed to restore and rebuild the CCH Suite infrastructure in the event of a total or partial CCH enviroment loss.
    This can be caused due to data coruption, server failures and other mitigating events. This service includes multiple components to ensure a complete recovery process.

    This section summarises what is included as part of the consultancy process during which working with your IT team we aim to return your site to oprational status.

    Contact your account manager with any queries on the services provided and requirements specific to your business.
    Structurally the CCH Central Suite comprises of number of components a program folder, multiple databases and services.
    Precisely how many databases and services is dependent on the products you are licensed for.
     
    After initial assesment of the system state a process plan will be forumlated to encompass all steps to return system to operational status

    Once the service is complete you will receive an installation report for your records.

    • Recovered Data Validation and reposition to functional level within CCH Suite scope.
    End User Side
    • Configuration of end user deployment methodology
    • Deployment to key workstations
