Overview

By leveraging the Web API function, KPI Monitoring v10 can be configured to retrieve Companies House Public Information on Companies within your Central database, enhancing compliance monitoring for your practice through the power of KPI Alerts. The solution is designed to alert you, NOT to update the Central database directly.

Solution

Our solution offers the following technical capabilities:

Continuous Data Updates

Data is synchronised from Companies House on a 12 hour refresh interval. This data is held in a new table within the Central database.

Enhanced Reporting

In addition to use within KPI Monitoring, the synced Companies House data can also be used in other solutions such as Power BI and Excel, enabling comprehensive analysis and reporting.

Customizable Alerts

Easily set up custom alerts within KPI Monitoring based on Companies House data. Receive notifications for various events, including upcoming account due dates, incorrect company details, overdue accounts, and more.

Alerts On

Our solution provides alerts on a wide range of criteria, including but not limited to:

  • Upcoming account due dates
  • Incorrect year ends
  • Incorrect registered office address
  • Incorrect company name
  • Overdue accounts
  • Next due confirmation statement
  • Overdue confirmation statement
  • Accounts type (e.g., micro-entity, total-exemption-full, dormant)
  • Date of cessation

Pre-requisites

KPI Monitoring v10.6.2 (10.06.02) or greater with the Workflow (Actions) Module.

Service Delivery

This will be delivered over 2 consultancy sessions on different days to allow time for synchronisation of the data from Companies House.

The first session will be used to setup the synchronisation.

The second session will be used to configure the alerts to your requirements.

As with all KPI Consultancy, remote access to the SQL Server hosting Central and the KPI Monitoring software is required.
