Overview
The version upgrade will be carried out by a member of our installation team and will be online.
When upgrading from version 9 to version 10, the upgrade will require up to 1 session
Upgrades from previous versions will require 2 sessions
A version upgrade is required when a customer already has CCH KPI Monitoring but wishes to move to the current version (version 10)
Current alerts will be migrated to the new version during the upgrade
Pre-requisites
Our consultant will need remote access to the CCH KPI Monitoring server
