    We have dedicated teams that work closely with our customers from project start to project finish.

    Shamaila Malik: Associate Project Manager

    Shamaila has been with Wolters Kluwer for 18 years, previously working as a Co-ordinator in the scheduling team, before joining the project management team in 2023.

    Her skillset includes project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication and resource allocation.

    Alex Thurston: Project Manager

    Alex brings 28 years of experience with the company, having developed extensive knowledge across the software suite. He has specialised in Practice Management software during his extensive tenure on the support desk, becoming a trusted expert in the field. Over a year ago, Alex transitioned into the Project Management team, where he continues to contribute his expertise. He is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, bringing structured and effective project delivery to every initiative he leads.

    Marcin Beczek: Senior Project Manager

    Marcin has worked at Wolter Kluwer since 2003. Having previously worked in IT function in accounting group he began his journey in development, focusing on document management, before shifting focus to consultancy and training areas amongst many other key business areas within WK. Since 2023 he is now focusing on ensuring customer projects are delivered with the timeframe and standards that are set by the leading brand that is Wolters Kluwer.

    Harry Wyles: Project Manager

    Harry joined Wolters Kluwer in 2023, after 7 years working in project management in the professional consulting sector. Harry is a PRINCE2 Practitioner-qualified Project Manager. His focus is to manage customers through complex CCH migrations, and oversee bespoke data projects across our diverse customer base.

    Mark has previously been in various consultancy roles with WK. Moving into Project Management. He has consistently dealt with our largest customers and various internal Projects/initiatives.

    Georgie Rafferty: Project Manager

    Georgie joined Wolters Kluwer in 2023 after 8 years as a Planning Manager overseeing a complex manufacturing environment. She brings her keen eye for detail and love of a good plan to the team.

    Jess joined Wolters Kluwer in 2025 after gaining project management experience in Marketing and IT. As a certified Scrum Master, she drives agile delivery and cross-team collaboration.
