Overdue workflows
This document describes the visual indicators for overdue workflows and individual steps within a workflow management system. When a workflow's deadline has passed, both the deadline date and associated text are highlighted in red. For individual steps that are overdue, an orange background is used to signal the overdue status, although this color-coding is not applicable in the "Use Icons" view. Images illustrating these indicators are included.

Undo step
This document outlines the procedure for undoing completed steps within a workflow system. Specific rules indicate that only Central Tasks, Pass/Fail Central Tasks, and those with multiple actions can be undone, provided the preceding task meets similar criteria. Additionally, the undo feature is restricted to workflows initiated in version 2017.1 or later, and steps within looping tasks cannot be undone. Users can undo steps by right-clicking the completed task and selecting "Undo Step." A tip suggests consulting an administrator if the undo option is unavailable.
