CCH Workflow
Email Notifcations
The document describes two types of email notifications in CCH Workflow: "Notify User" and "Notify Team." Both use SMTP protocol, requiring up-to-date employee email addresses. "Notify User" informs employees when a task is active, while "Notify Team" keeps managers updated on task completions at specified intervals. Key setup instructions include ensuring correct client partner assignments and enabling notification options within task templates. Additionally, SMTP server settings must be configured in the Central Database to enable email notifications. The notification frequency is set globally, and examples of emails are included.

Sending Email Notifications
This document addresses common issues related to email failures when using an Email Merge wizard. It explains that if emails do not succeed, a notification will indicate the number of failures, allowing users to view the list of contacts who did not receive the emails. Reasons for failure may include the absence of an email address or the presence of an invalid address, which may not be flagged during the merge process. Users will receive a 'Delivery Failure' email for undelivered messages.
