Overview

A set of standard workflow templates has been published in the online “Workflow Catalogue”. For more information click here.

In this single online session, the consultant will remotely access to your CCH Central system, and implement one of these workflow templates, configuring your system to suit your practice’s requirements. This may also involve changing configuration around other parts of Central, e.g. Extra Fields, Assignments, Jobs, Configuration keys and Homepages.

The session will conclude with a short demonstration of how the workflow is added and used, and how the practice can report on the data.

Course Duration: The session will last up to 3 hours.

Key objectives

At the end of this session, you will have:

  • A workflow from the catalogue set up and running
  • All you need to know to roll this workflow out to the practice

Who is this course designed for?
