Setting up CCH iFirm AML users in Organisation Management

All employees who require access to CCH iFirm AML must first be invited by your Organisation's CCH iFirm admin user via Organisation Management using the same email address recorded against the employee record in CCH Central. If you require more information about how Organisation Management works in CCH iFirm, please click here.

Important Note:  the employee email address must not contain a space between the first and last name and the email addresses in the employee record MUST match the email address used to set up the employee for CCH iFirm.

Firstly, you'll need to log into CCH iFirm as an admin. You login with your Wolters Kluwer account email and password. You can log in by going to uk.cchifirm.com or by accessing iFirm by clicking the "Run AML Check" in CCH Central.

If you are accessing iFirm via the CCH iFirm AML button within a client in CCH Central the below screenshot will display once you have accessed iFirm entering your email and password. Again, this will be the email and password for your Wolters Kluwer account. Exit this pop up as you do not want to start an AML check at this point whilst we set up employee access. If you are already in CCH iFirm, then please ignore the next two screenshots.

You can also remove access for non admins if you would like.

If the email address for the Wolters Kluwer account and the email address on the employee record in CCH Central do not match, you can edit the email address in CCH Central by going to the CCH Central > TASKS > Employee > Personal and then entering or editing the email address displayed.

CCH iFirm AML provides a data check service for compliance with AML regulations, requiring regular execution based on firm policies. It verifies individuals' names, addresses, and dates of birth against multiple data sources and checks for politically exposed persons (PEPs), sanctions, mortality, and adverse media. Results include a pass or fail status, with detailed reports available in PDF format. The process involves minimal data entry, reducing redundancy by syncing with CCH Central information.
