To prepare for implementation, businesses need to purchase Microsoft Power BI Pro, configure an on-premises gateway, and create a dedicated workspace. The service involves four consultancy sessions, including initial dashboard build, delivery meeting, amendments based on feedback, and final sign-off. Post-project support is provided for six weeks for ongoing queries. Each session is conducted online and lasts no more than three hours.
