How to Join the Northern User Group (NUG)
The CCH Northern User Group offers a 2025 subscription for £445, allowing unlimited delegate attendance at meetings. Founded in 1985, the group has undergone several name changes but remains independent of CCH. It now consists of various product sub-groups related to tax, accounting, and practice management. Members find the membership benefits exceed costs compared to traditional seminars. Potential members are encouraged to contact the Group Chairman for inquiries or to apply. Members can also engage in discussions and updates through a Support Portal group.

Northern User Group (NUG) Meetings
The Northern User Group (NUG) meets three times a year in March, July, and November, starting at 9:15 am and ending at 4:30 pm, with lunch provided. The next meeting is scheduled for November 12 2026. Meetings feature presentations from Wolters Kluwer, discussions on software updates, and opportunities for members to share experiences and training. Approximately 110 delegates, including partners and users, attend these meetings at the Cedar Court Hotel, Huddersfield. The group also occasionally invites HM Revenue & Customs to discuss relevant developments in e-business and e-filing.
